We have a small registered herd of Miniature Jerseys. We absolutely love our little milk cows! They are disease tested and we also DNA test for milk proteins and genes that could adversely affect off spring. They are awesome little Homestead cows, and we make all kinds of dairy products with their milk! And from time to time have some available.
